What are your daily habits?
I love to give gratitude before I do anything else and while saying my thank yous, I am stretching arms to the sky and down to the ground. Next I enjoy making coffee with my French press and have a protein shake before going swimming at the gym. I LOVE water! Swimming gives me peace and feels amazing! Now I’m ready for the day as I go to work caring for Wonder Walks pets!
